Customers are responsible for inputting the correct sizing for the range selected. If the customer selects a range such as: 34 High x 44.1 - 48" Wide, then inputs 48 3/4" wide or 36" Tall the customer will be responsible for paying the cost difference in the price of the gate and the shipping before the item will be shipped.
• Measure the exact width of your installation area (opening) for a perfect fit.
• Choose your ideal height, keeping in mind potential obstructions and allowing for ½" clearance at the top and bottom of the gate.
• Simply provide us with your exact width measurement, and we'll tailor the gate to fit perfectly. No need to add extra for clearance – just ensure there are no obstacles that could interfere with your gate's operation.
We provide detailed mock-ups for all CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED orders via internal Messages (or email). If we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, we'll move forward with your order as shown in the mock-up. Please note that in such cases, we can't be held responsible for any errors – your satisfaction is our priority!
